Recruit22 uses SMS for low-volume, one-to-one business communications between individual Recruit22 representatives and candidates, contractors, clients, prospective clients, and other business contacts.
Messages may relate to recruiting conversations, employment opportunities, interview coordination, scheduling, meeting confirmations or changes, candidate follow-up, onboarding, assignments, contractor matters, client communications, business follow-up, and responses to inquiries.
The Recruit22 SMS service is not intended for bulk messaging, automated marketing campaigns, or affiliate marketing.
You may opt in by voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and expressly agreeing to communicate with a Recruit22 representative by text message, by initiating a text message to Recruit22, or through another consent method presented by Recruit22.
Providing a telephone number by itself does not necessarily constitute consent to receive promotional text messages. Recruit22 will use SMS consistent with the permission you provide and applicable law.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your relationship and interactions with Recruit22. Because the service is conversational, the number and timing of messages will depend on the communication involved.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges, terms, and conditions govern your mobile service. Recruit22 does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS service.
You may opt out of Recruit22 SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. You should not receive additional SMS messages through that messaging service unless you later opt back in or initiate a new SMS conversation as permitted by applicable requirements.
If you use more than one mobile number or communicate with more than one Recruit22 representative or messaging number, you may need to submit a separate opt-out request for each messaging number or conversation.

SMS delivery is subject to the availability and performance of participating wireless carriers, telecommunications providers, Microsoft Teams, and related service providers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Recruit22 cannot guarantee that every message will be received, delivered on time, or free from technical errors.
You must be the authorized user of the mobile number used to participate in the SMS service or have permission from the authorized user.
You agree not to use the SMS service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or disruptive purposes, or to transmit malicious code, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or content that violates the rights of others.
Recruit22's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the Recruit22 Privacy Policy available on recruit22.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data, text messaging originator information, consent records, and mobile telephone numbers collected in connection with SMS communications will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Recruit22 may disclose information to telecommunications providers, communications platforms, technology vendors, and other service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide, support, secure, or administer the SMS service, comply with applicable requirements, or fulfill the purposes described in the Recruit22 Privacy Policy.
Recruit22 messages may contain links to Recruit22 webpages, job postings, scheduling tools, Microsoft . Teams meetings, or other relevant resources. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
You should verify that a link is legitimate before opening it. Recruit22 does not use public URL-shortening services for its registered Teams SMS campaign
Participation in SMS communications does not create an employment relationship, contractor relationship, agency relationship, job offer, placement guarantee, or client engagement.
Employment opportunities, assignments, placements, and business engagements remain subject to separate evaluation, approvals, documentation, and agreements.
The SMS service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recruit22 disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, delivery, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recruit22 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the SMS service, including delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Recruit22 may suspend, modify, or discontinue the SMS service at any time. We may revise these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, carrier requirements, or applicable law.
Updated SMS Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the SMS service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
