Not every workflow needs a custom-built application. For internal tools, process automation, and operational reporting, Microsoft Power Platform delivers faster, more maintainable solutions than custom development — when it's implemented correctly. recruit22 designs and builds on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI with the same rigor we bring to every technical engagement.
The organizations that get the most out of Power Platform are the ones that treat it as a deliberate technical choice — not a budget workaround or a way to get something built without involving IT. Done right, Power Apps replaces brittle spreadsheet workflows and aging legacy applications with something maintainable, scalable, and connected to the systems your organization already runs on. Done wrong, it creates a new layer of technical debt with a Microsoft logo on it.
We've assessed, migrated, and built on Power Platform at scale — including a program where nearly 40 applications from a legacy platform were rationalized and rebuilt on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. We know the difference between use cases where Power Platform is the right call and ones where it isn't. We'll tell you which one you're looking at before we start.
Deliberate platform selection for each use case
Integrated with Microsoft 365 & existing data sources
Governed environment — scales without fragmentation
Replaces legacy debt with maintainable infrastructure
Custom applications built on Power Apps for internal tools, operational workflows, and departmental processes. Canvas apps for flexible, user-driven interfaces. Model-driven apps for data-structured, process-heavy environments.
We map your workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build Power Automate flows that run reliably — including integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
We design and build Power BI reporting environments that pull from your existing data sources, surface what decision-makers need to see, and replace manual reporting processes.
SharePoint workflows reaching end-of-life. Access databases one person maintains. Excel models that became operational systems. We assess the existing application, design the right Power Platform replacement, and manage the migration.
For organizations deploying Power Platform at scale — we design the environment structure, data architecture, and development standards that keep your deployment maintainable as it grows.
We design and implement integrations across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse — so new applications work inside the environment, not around it.
A national professional association needed to retire a full Lotus Notes platform — 68 applications, years of accumulated dependencies, active users who couldn't afford downtime. The challenge wasn't just a migration. It was a rationalization: figuring out what to keep, what to retire, and what platform each surviving application actually belonged on.
We assessed every application against three questions: Does it still need to exist? If yes, what's the right platform for it? What's the right sequence to migrate without breaking operations? Approximately 60% — around 40 applications — were migrated to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The remainder were built on custom Microsoft-stack architecture or sunset entirely. Power BI was integrated across the modernized environment for reporting.
A modernized platform, a dramatically reduced technical footprint, and an organization running on infrastructure built for the next decade. The Lotus Notes platform was retired in full. Technical debt accumulated over years was eliminated. Every surviving application was on the right platform — not just migrated, but rationalized.
Power Platform gets undersold in two directions. Some organizations dismiss it as a tool for non-technical teams — not real development. Others treat it as a universal solution and use it for problems it's genuinely not suited for. We've seen both failure modes. Our job is to tell you which side of that line your problem sits on — and then build the right solution for it.

Whether you're dealing with legacy applications, manual processes, or a Power Platform deployment that didn't go as planned — tell us what you're working with.
